I am an Information Systems & Technology graduate with hands-on experience supporting IT operations in an industrial environment.
Since joining Technology Industrial Gases Production Co. in 2023, I have worked across different areas of IT, including technical support, Google Workspace administration, website management, system troubleshooting, business process documentation, and ERP requirements gathering.
Working closely with different departments has given me practical experience in understanding business needs, identifying technical requirements, and supporting technology solutions that improve day-to-day operations.
I am continuously developing my technical knowledge and building a more specialized career in Information Technology.
